Gentleman's Meeting

Off to John's place in Vernon for the usual, which amounts to drinking and carping about work. The american dream to just push a button and be rich is ever elusive, but for some reason we want to believe that there must be a way to do that. Either way, we're all getting closer.

If there is a way to do that, it will involve computers and the internet, of that much we're certain. Luckily, between the three of us, we have about four decades of experience in the field so its only a matter of time... really!

Now some people argue against brainstorming while drinking, mostly due to the ass-backwards logic necessary to think it could actually help. Here's my take on it, when you're drinking, you don't stop yourself before you shout an idea out, you just do it. So instead of shooting the idea out of the sky, why not give it a shot sometime? You might just end up with the next Youtube or Myspace after all.
